The Native Federation of the Madre de Dios River and Tributaries (La Federación Nativa del Río Madre de Dios y Afluentes – FENAMAD)

The umbrella organization for the indigenous peoples of the Madre de Dios region of Peru, FENEMAD was founded by indigenous communities in 1982, with the objective of defending the rights and promoting plans, projects and actions for the well-being of the indigenous peoples of Madre de Dios.
